On 2200 cal and gained 0.9kg this week

Hey guys just did my dexa scan the other week im 28yo and 185cm it said my recommended cal Intake is 2502 so I reduced it by 300cal but somehow gained weight even with alot of cardio.

    Monday 5km run. 26k steps
    Tuesday 25k steps
    Wednesday 400m swim. 22k steps
    Thursday 300m swim 20k steps
    Friday 300m swim 23k steps.

These are all with a 30-45min gym session before my cardio im currently doing PPL also on top of that I've been taking 80mcg of clenbuterol per day

Have been tracking all calories Any suggestions as to what I can do ?

Weight loss is not linear, it doesn't just drop every day even when you're doing everything right. Stay on track for another 2 weeks at least, and if you don't see any weight loss then you can be sure that you're not actually eating in a deficit.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

I understand that but one would think also running 80mcg of clen that I shouldn't be gaining

Can't discuss that stuff here, against forum rules.

even then you're not "gaining" anything, thus the same advice still applies. plus the thing you mentioned doesn't help you THAT much... it's just a slight boost
