At this point it isn't just a black/white issue but each individual group will have their own struggles due to historically precedence.

The point is that there is no reason to celebrate something from 100 years ago when the black community hasn't made any progress in the last 100 years. The black community is regressing at a faster rate than any other community in the country. Having said that, black people's quality of life and opportunities in the US is better than anywhere in the world. But yet no progress has been made.
