    Coach D’s Log

    Hey everyone! Thanks for stopping by. I used to be a daily member here years ago & was one of the founders of the Nut Misc section back in the day. I’m a high school football coach in Oklahoma & a husband to an amazing woman. We have 13 & 10 year old boys & an 8 year old daughter.

    I’ve been out of the lifting scene for some time now but I enough excuses! Doing this daily log to not only hold myself accountable but to possibly motivate others to reach their goals. My job is to push high school boys to their breaking point & help them reach their full potential so why not push myself?



    Stats:

    38 years old
    5’10”
    270 lbs

    Full disclosure, I’m on 160mg of test per week that’s been prescribed as well as an AI when I feel like I need it. I rarely take it due to joint pain it causes.



    In this log you’ll find lifting videos, food pics (when worthy), progress pics of myself, lots of pics of my kids & my two dogs. I want this log to be positive & motivational so feel free to leave encouraging posts, quotes, etc. I deal with enough knuckleheads throughout the day so please no negativity.

    As you can see on the video, my ankle support needs work.. years of being a fat ass & playing football have done a ton of damage & kills my range of motion. Usually takes me several minutes every morning to get them mobile, especially my right one.
