Honestly ....
I guess by consuming as much information as humanly possible through the internet. I learn about everything from culture to hobbies. Politics, science, gaming, and current events are my favs.
I reflect on it all and explore all the different possibilities that I can imagine. I look for the patterns and connect the dots.
Sometimes the loneliness is crushing. I cry a lot. It hurts. I would have probably eaten a bullet long ago, and actually I tried, but I'm too afraid. Stuck in a hell of my own making.
Its too late now. I'm too old to properly do life. I've passed the ages where its normal and acceptable socially to not have done things like kiss a girl. Or know how to properly interact with woman on dates.
It reminds me of the song
I remember listening to that song as a teen. I guess I sorta knew it would go this way because I was afraid of that being me even back then. But I always told myself I was still young and had time. But before I knew it that was no longer true. And that nightmare became true.
So let this be my warning. Never let life pass you by.

Have you though about getting a pet m8? It doesn't mean you have to go overboard like them fur mummy/daddy people
Cats and dogs do lulzy chit all the time. My sister has two meowcats and I have a little giggle every time I see em. Just thinking about them makes me lmao.
Plus if you get a doggo or something you can take them for a walk to keep the both of you healthyPumpkin courtesy of BRANDERSS (https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=180764903);

By doing what I want when I want to do it. Life couldnt be better.
Damn sure would be nowhere bear as good if someone was hanging around bugging me all day.
Just set goals, have a schedule like a normal person. Thats really the key. Just laying around all day for no reason doesnt give you any direction in life and creates boredom. Doesnt mean you need to be busy and crap all day, hell no, just have some rough schedule you like to stick to."To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

I like being alone. I'm not a forever aloner. People usually do like me.
I read the foreveralone reddit regularly. There is this thread which is commonly repeated over and over about what other people think of them

and how hateful it is when really no one is thinking that, it is them thinking other people are thinking that.☆☆☆USA яєω☆☆☆

It's called being introverted and there's nothing wrong with it.
Before the pandemic I used to love being around people. But it's complete opposite now. I just prefer to be by myself. It takes too much energy to interact with people I don't like. Especially since everyone is so politically toxic now. It's always Trump this or Biden that or Trudeau blah blah. Just STFU.
Most of my social interactions now come from the Gym. It's great because you're around like minded people, you can acknowledge each other without going into obligated small talk.--------------------- ϞϞ( ๑⚈ ․̫ ⚈๑). ---------------------

Dude you need to do something about your life's circumstances. We constantly need change and a purpose to strive towards. As men we're naturally competitive and if you don't have an outlet for that you'll live in perpetual misery.
You need to stop isolating yourself, seriously. Need to get a job and get money flowing in to start living your life.
Meetup.com find a group with shared interests.
Social sports clubs.
Join business and skills clubs like toastmasters.
Start lifting again for mental health if you stopped.
Join a crossfit or ju jitsu gym. So many like-minded people there, so many chads and Stacy's that it's unreal.
A big portion of irl friends I met through the misc, but that was before it turned to ****.
Put yourself out there, as you grow older it's easier to turn pessimistic and jaded than it is to remain optimistic.

Get some hobbies and just fuk escorts when your dik wont stay down. There's a million ******** groups around you for every hobby you could imagine.
You could start with an e-bike to get off your @ss and outside. Then start meeting up for group rides
I recently got into dual sport offroad riding. So many people around here are doing that and I had no idea. Legit feel like i've been living under a rock.

As most of you know I am a family man. I rarely feel alone. I don't know what prolonged isolation feels like, but I don't think I would like it.
Sometimes I really wish for some alone time to work on my hobbies; music, reading, woodworking, whatever.. but when I actually get alone time I tend to lose all motivation and ldar.
Woodworking just feels empty if I'm not also sternly reminding my oldest not to cut into his vice with the coping saw while shouting at the other one to find my allen keys he took last week.
When I'm not with my boys I'm with my wife mostly but I tend to tune her out.Damn
