currently im dead-lifting 4 sets 6 reps im following that up with failure sets of deep pushups, dips, and chin ups, im eating a high protein diet im staying away from simple carbs i am eating a good amount of complex carbs im 5'9 170ish currently im doing the body weight stuff one after another with a minute rest between sets and currently im doing 3 sets of that following my dead's what can i expect results wise and any advice on improving this or diet wise as far as still building mass to some degree with this routine or something similar Also im doing ful dips not bench dips i was doing pull ups originally but felt i wasn't getting much in the way of my biceps so i went to the chins
