Hello. So I’ve been having tennis elbow issues for 2 years. I do PT non stop for it, it’s a lot better than it was a year ago. But I could easily get it back by doing pull ups or curls or some exercise like this. I’ve been weightlifting for around 20 years.
Has anyone had surgery for this? I’m doing everything as far as PT, I’ve tried PRP, I’m not super young so is there a time when surgery is a good option? Most posts mention PT and everything that I’ve been doing. I definitely got it from over training and if anything it’s taught me to focus on PT for my entire body(knees shoulders etc) but I want to be able to curl and do pull ups.
