Introduction and APT + fat belly hell

Hi there, new to the forum. I'm 1'70m, around 75 kg and struggling A LOT with anterior pelvic tilt. Now I guess I'll be cutting for some time, since my belly fat is obnoxious as shown in the pictures, but I've been finding contradictory info about how should I treat my APT in regards of this. Some say that planks will worsen it, that I should remove squats from my workouts, etc. I happen to spend lots of time at home, reading, and would like to know a way to do so whilst I'm working on my posture, i.e. laying down on my back with a pillow under my knees or my feet against the wall, but I guess it's of no real use at all.

Some say stretches will worsen my condition as well, so I'm virtually out of the loop. I tend to stretch my psoas a lot, and hurts like hell. I know there are some guides in the forum and out there, but I'd really like to know some routine for both cutting and addressing directly my APT without making it worse. Sometimes, when bench pressing I feel like fostering my APT due to the arch my back draws against the bench, so to speak.

Actually, I've been neglecting abs my whole life, I tend to work 'em out very little, however I guess my APT won't magically disappear now that I'm incorporating them on a more constant basis.

Any hints, workout plans or rules to follow, guys?
