Feel bad for him. Think father times finally caught up to him tho.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Ngl I’m glad to see Glover hang ‘em up. He’s right, he really is too tough for his own good. Been a pleasure to see his run the last few years, he continually surprised me with his grit and toughness and winning by just refusing to ever give up. But absolutely the right decision for his health given his age and damage he’s taken.

Entertaining card.
My biggest take away was that iFather Time is undefeated. With Shogun at 40, Murphy at 39, and Glover at 43, all exhibited a rather obvious gap in athleticism. Especially with Glover and Shogun, not only a gap with their opponent, but also a huge gap in their athleticism from their own peaks.

Happy for Dilbert & Walker (don't even quote me). Huge respect for Burns and back when he fought Usman, I was really rooting for him to take it as he has all the skills but I think that fight got to his head and he didn't show 100% of what he is capable of.
For Walker, I've always liked him because he doesn't take himself too seriously. Hope he goes on a decent run now as he showed some ground skills in his last one along with just being violent. If you saw the slow mo of his hands when his leg was up, he put everything into those. Entertaining/10.

Poatan and Glover are good friends and training partners. Glover cornered Alex in his fight with Adesanya and Alex cornered Glover in his fight with Hill. After round 5 Alex got into the ring and squared up with Hill and gave him the same stare he gave Adesanya in the pre fight presser. Glover also mentioned after he retired he was going to focus on working with Alex and he would probably be coming up a division cause the weight cut is tough on him. I'm not sure a fight is on the horizon right away cause Dana will probably want Hill to fight somebody in his own division at least once before a fight with Alex but it looked like Alex had revenge on his mind for his friend.
