Hi im new to this and i want to get serious about this but i have some Social Anxiety i would like to go to the Gym where there are as few people as possible at what time are there fewer people in the Gym? in the Morning or late Night? thanks
Yeah Super early or late. I have social anxiety too. It gets easier the more you go. First day I was bugging out. 2 months later it's pretty manageable.
