    Hi!

Welp, after getting fat AF i decided i needed to get my **** together so I downloaded myfitnesspal on my phone, and am planning to get a gym membership. My training is going to mostly consist of cardio i think, but i will also be following what I read from the book "BIGGER LEANER STRONGER" to incorporate strength training and whatever else is recommended. My goal weight is 200 by September. I think i can do it. I set myfitnesspal to adjust my calories so that i can hopefully lose 2 pounds a week. I'm 265 rn @ 6' 3"... fattest i've ever been... lol. I do have some experience with weightlifting and living healthy in my past. When i was 18 I was a fitness fanatic (28 now, b-day was yesterday lol). Unfortunately i got really bad joint issues since i was pushing myself so hard. I went to a doctor about all that stuff back when i started getting joint pain and he thought i might have a genetic disorder so i basically gave up hope since i had already been weight lifting for over a year and made really awesome strength improvements but was getting injured. I started to hate going to the gym. I felt extremely unsure of myself during my workouts, trying to find out why on all my major lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench press) i would have some sort of joint pain that flare up. I also felt like it was hard for me to get deadlifts and barbell squats down. I never felt like my form was correct no matter how hard i tried. Anyways enough of the past, I really want to get in whatever the best shape i can get in is. My expectations have lowered since when i was 18 lol, but i still am really hoping for success in this new start to my journey to better health/wutever gains i can get.
