Hi there, I started deadlifting for the first time in September 2022. Recently I hit 195kg pr, and I plan to pr 200kg by the end of January. How impressive is this lift for 5 months of training? Is this normal or impressive? I want to know so I can gauge my deadlifting potential. Btw I am natural and 20 years old. Thank you in advance. í ½í¸„
I envy you. My first time to deadlift I was over 315. Had a natural strength for it. Was my favorite lift but something in me has been hurting. Feels poop related. One day while deadlifting that pain went up x10. Now There’s a fear when I deadlift so I do girly weights but it still feels good to do the motion. I might get brace enough again one day to go heavy again
