First of all, hi, I live in Turkey and have been doing fitness for about 7 months. How can I improve in a better way? My goal is to have a good body by summer. I know this is not possible until the summer, but then I will try to do the best of my body. My program is as follows, I do push pull legs for 3 days. My new goal is to do sports for 5 days and I want to develop more. Thank you for your help. I mean how many days do I have to work? How should my program be? I am very confused as I am just starting out. One says, do fullbody, the other says, work regionally, so there is also information pollution.
