Hello guys,
I started working out last year (April 2022) after about 10 to 12 year period of not going to the gym. It seemed I was progressing pretty ok, but back in November, while using the incline lever row machine I hear like a pop and squishy sound. I completed the workout that day, but it felt like something had torn. Granted, I did not add much more weight than usual, only added an extra 10 pounds to the device. I was thinking probably some ligament or something tore from my scapula, but I'm not too sure. I can still exercise and all, but I lost some mobility on my scapula and my shoulder feels like it is a little rotated in, so when I am exercising mostly anything upper body, the front of my left shoulder hurts. I'll see if I can post some pictures. Have you guys ever experienced anything of the sort, and if you did, what did you do to fix it?

Scapula Injury?

You might want to get the discs in your neck looked at. This pain refers to scapula. I had a similar issue with a squishy noise and a letting go sensation that progressed to neck, scapula, and shoulder pain and I'm getting an MRI. Sucks.
