    Aahhhh might as well

    I have not been posting workout stuff on ******** anymore, so let's start one here. Start with things that have been happening since I used to post here. About 4 years ago I basically started doing a toned down version of crossfit. Actually found it kind of fun. Went on a diet and lost some weight. went from around 210 - 215 to 185 - 190. Good, but my lifting tanked. My throwing tanked as well, but it didn't really bug me. Strongman was clearly over.

    Then I had a seizure... well at least they tell me I had a seizure, I don't remember any of it. Then I had another seizure. I actually had my second seizure while I was in the ER of my local hospital for someone else. If you are going to have a seizure, the ER is a fine place to do it. Lots of attention, and people running around to help you. Some people may remember this, but years back I had a brain hemorrhage. The specialists guess is they are someway connected. After the second one my drivers license was suspended so any working out was in my driveway. Fortunately there is lots of stuff in my driveway. The people I work with started sending meals home to us, and I can not thank them enough for that, but I wound up gaining a lot of weight back.

    Recently I got my license back, so I could start going to the gym...and I suck. Like 315 DL, 245 squat, 150 bench suck. My throwing is also horrible. I couldn't even hit 9 feet over the bar with a 42lbs weight.

    SO I have decided to drop the crossfitesque stuff and go back to just lifting. Getting in between 2 and 4 days a week, focusing on the main lifts, and a little isolation stuff if I have enough time. I have some pretty low goals to hit, and hope this will all transfer into being able to throw again without being embarrassed. Got to go, I'll keep you posted.

    Food- breakfast and lunch, and snack were kinda bad, and I lost track of my calorie count. Dinner was good and healthy though.
