about to be super crowded.
when do the new year new me people stop going to gym and it becomes less packed?
i am thinking in 3 weeks?

I've noticed Monday-Thursday area the busiest days in commercial gyms. I guess by Friday evening everyone is all out of steam and ready for the hurr durr weekend.
I'll most likely run a Friday-Sunday split in the gym and hit some out-door cardio/pullups/pushups/dips on other days.

I probably won't see too many as the resolutioners tend to go to the chain/ fitness gyms like planet and crunch.

Give it 2 weeks. Have home gym now but remember those days and I was honestly a new year resolution person and stuck with it. Most don't, but encourage the few who do. Few regulars at my gym noticed when I started Jan 1 and stayed with it through February. Started giving me great advice and helped me with form/reps/sets/bro splits. Happy to have that as it got me hooked. So when I see people stay with it a bit or just have general questions, I help them. Push they may need. Take it or not, go get your gains and maybe help someone along the way.
