I don’t do New Years resolutions but my birthday is early march and my goal every year is a visible 6 pack on my birthday.

So basically after the holidays I dial things in so I can lean out for my birthday and more importantly for the summer afterwards. (Pools/beaches)


I don’t necessarily care how lean I am as long as my abs are defined and popping.
