i stopped drinking like a week ago (legit forever this time lol) and didn't backslide even a lb because i wasn't eating much on my bender(s)
i thought my new gal would interfere with me having an autistic cutting diet but her diet is way more autistic (all in bar form wtf)

My issues weren't a big deal, I just realized I don't care that much about lifting and don't really need to be doing this for no reason really.
Interesting about the viagra. Did you feel stronger? Apparently high blood pressure makes you stronger
My theory about the turning homo thing might be guys take super high doses and end up with way too much estrogen conversion. Do ****s have higher estrogen?

Unrelated note: I saw an Instagram reel the other day where Arnold was describing his chest workout from his prime. Decided I would attempt to recreate it. It was great. I had actually never done DB pullovers before but will now incorporate them. Felt like a god doing those and for hours after. I goofed a bit and worked in some accessory type stuff that really toasted my tris before I could get through the last exercise - the dips. Won't make that mistake again.

It makes me gain weight and break out. I get a lot of muscle but I want it to burn fat and it doesn't do that as easily as I thought it would.
My ENT specialist wants me to take Sudafed since I have a cold and something is finally curbing my appetite from my psych meds. I'm down 300-500 calories a day.Make It a Great Day! Just call me Dusty. It's a Clown 🤡 World out there.

3lbs a week is solid. GJDM.
I'm still noticing differences in the mirror going the right way. Scale bounces around a bit based on water it seems, but trending in the right direction. This week was my first week of cutting alcohol out entirely in order to move things along faster and reduce face puffiness, etc., that restricts aesthetics. Lifts are still going up too, so I'm feeling good.

How is everyone doing lately? Ended up having visitors from abroad Tuesday night and an impromptu office happy hour yesterday, so a couple days of several drinks each have me retaining extra water. Looking forward to lifting this evening and continuing on the "minimal alcohol" path going forward toward maximum 2023 aesthetics.

Minimal alcohol is the key. I need to figure out how to do that. I either don't drink at all or go way overboard for weeks at a time.
I've been sticking to doing the vertical diet the past couple weeks. Maintaining around 220lbs but strength is increasing and I'm definitely a bit more vascular. Need to drop calories a little and do some cardio. Haven't really been doing any.
