Will do almost 2 weeks in. Did 3 days last week and have done 2 this week. I think zero alcohol key on non PSMF days too with this cause any alcohol makes me crave carbs and there is a lot of science behind that also. I got more weight to lose than most in this thread though. Packed on 20 pounds in last 2 years going through a separation and divorce.Stern Crew

Yeah definitely different scenarios for us, I don’t have much to lose really just want to clean it up a bit. Only plan on doing this Tuesday and Thursdays maybe, I definitely drink more than I should but only drink on weekends. 1000 cals is actually quite a bit of meat when it’s lean. Are you completely famished on these days or mostly satiated?

I know that feel, brah. Just wrapping up the same thing right now.
A year or so ago I was up to about 225 at 5'11. Between last Jan and May I got down to 185 just tracking calories and not lifting/exercising. Then around May we (I) made the decision to split, and she finally moved out in mid-November. By that time I had gotten back to about 215. I think I'd probably look great around 175, so that's what I'm aiming for over the next several months. This time I'm tracking cals to maintain a deficit while also lifting heavy and mixing in cardio. We all gon' make it.

I was on a strict bodybuilding diet for 2 years and then I started binging on daughter’s Nutella and husband’s chips as I got sick of eating the same gross food daily . Then I injured my back so I couldn’t work out. This all happened over a 4-5 year period. Since then I keep losing and regaining the same 20-30 lbs so I now have an OA sponsor and following the French women don’t get fat book.
Goal is to lose 50 more lbs this year.
Hold me brahs but I’m 51 and now need to do this to prevent diabetes.Make It a Great Day! Just call me Dusty. It's a Clown 🤡 World out there.

I'm doing carnivore(ish). Mainly red meat and eggs. And small portions of fruit. (Yes I know fruit is not carnivore). Just getting a small amount of carbs from an intraworkout/ powder from Axe and Sledge as well before lifting as I'm trying to stay out of keto.
First meal is either 7oz ground bison or ground beef mixed with 4 whole eggs. Next pre-workout meal is Either 6oz of Chicken thigh or Salmon. And a small portion of fruit. Last meal is 16oz of NY strip steak and a small portion of fruit.
Hard to know the exact macro's as I cook in butter for extra fat content. MFP shows about 1815 calories with 185g protein 118G of fat without adding in butter or fruit servings. TBH I'm staying full all day long with no real hunger or cravings. Enjoy what I eat as well so far.
Its insane how filling meat and eggs can be in large quantities. Plan on eating like this for awhile. Feeling pretty good. Vince Giranda's steak and eggs diet is another option as well. But I like a little variance.
