I am currently doing Starting Strength’s program, but prepping to move onto Wendell’s 5-3-1 Boring But Big, once the time is right.
The Accessory Exercises have me a bit confused as I want the accessories to aid in my main strength exercises, but also building mass. My other thought is I can’t all day in gym as I work out early in the morning before work, so I would like to maximize the few accessories I will be able to sneak in.
