I started working with a personal trainer a few weeks ago. I am losing weight the right way. Less calories and more exercise. I understand that supplements won't lose fat alone.
I was wondering what a good weight loss supplement was to 'supplements my journey. What are some good proven ones?

Caffeine can help to curb hunger but eating foods high in fibre will help keep you fuller for longer which will also help to curb hunger and keep you from eating as much.
Fat burners, certainly legal ones, aren’t up to much.
