She kept saying "Give me the keys to my truck". Sounds like they took her vehicle to appraise it for a trade and then were stalling to try to pressure her into a deal. A lot of sales people in the car business try to use pressure tactics. All kinds of manipulations. They know that when they put on the pressure they know you'll most likely either buckle or leave, so they do everything they can to prevent you from leaving. Some people when it comes to fight or flight and they can't fly they fight. A lone female comes into a dealership, they thought they had a live one, just turned out to be more lively than they expected.
She did act a bit foolish but didn't really damage anything and she surely didn't hurt anyone or even threaten to hurt anyone, didn't even motion like she had even any intent of trying to make anyone think she would.
I don't know why but I have empathy for her. I work at a car dealership, not in sales, more on service but involved in sales there, but when it comes to care salesman I know how they are, I hear them talk, and so I see how this happens. Then again knowing how your job and paycheck depend on you making a sale and if you don't make the sale someone else will, I understand them. No hate, just some of them aren't very good people people.
