So it's an evidentiary hearing that is scheduled on the 21st. I think there is a motion to dismiss but it doesn't sound like the judge is very interested in it. Katie Hobgoblin's lawyer was like omg judge this is so stupid there's nothing to even look at and the judge basically told him to stfu.

There was a very similar situation in Arizona's history where one candidate was ahead the night of the vote until a batch of mystery ballots appeared that night and changed the outcome. The AZ courts ruled that since there was doubt as to whether those votes were legitimate they don't count....didn't make them prove the votes were fake, the fact that there was doubt was sufficient. Of course that was a long time ago and we're now a banana republic so we'll see.

I haven't read the suit, but I don't think it's the judges job to uncover any election process at this stage. I think he's supposed to dismiss the suit and she files a separate suit about election process that doesn't include anything results related.
