So, again I have not really been following, but does this kind of mean that maybe the initial lower courts that were hearing this might have been biased against her but with the higher court it seems like it's being more fairly adjudicated?

What happens from here out, will the lower courts have to re-look at her signature matching complaint? What are the possible outcomes from this, potentially?

Its not a bias against her so much as judges are notoriously bad at making decisions that would cause an uproar, especially when it means ruling against another branch of government. The bias is that the judge and the county election officials are on the same team.
