I’m searching for that spark to ignite the fire inside
brb haven’t met one vaxcel who doesn’t get defensive or mad when you tell them you didn’t get it.
No “vax” for HIV after 40 years of research. No vax for cancer after 100 years of research. No vax for the common cold and yet a virus mysteriously appears and Within 12 months a “vax” is found by 4 pharma companies all within 1 week and we are mandated to take it ….

Just Googled and learned 5 stone = 70 lbs. I'm assuming that this is primarily fat OP?
I know hindsight is 20/20, and I don't know how tall you are, but jeez for myself and my height I think I'd be going crazy if I gained even half of that, to the point of doing some crazy strict cutting with massive deficits and cardio on the daily. It sounds like you let yourself go / gave up.
Since you lost 45 lbs in 3 months, you've proven to yourself you can stay disciplined and succeed for a long term. What caused you to reverse, regaining it all and then some? Was it a specific situation or event? A gradual decline in discipline?
I think before you go too deep into "How to lose the weight," or even getting motivated to lose it, you should self reflect on some of the above a bit, so that you can mentally focus on this and address the issue so that you don't achieve success and then fall back into self destructive behaviors again.
That said: My motivation to self improve goes way way up if I'm in December/January time frame. New years resolutions are fun, especially if you have friends/family/miscers holding you accountable. I plan to make (or join) a 2023 New Years Resolution thread for this SRS.Last edited by Visel; 12-09-2022 at 06:32 AM.

Write down specific goals with a timeline and read it everyday when you wakeup and before you go to bed.
Create a plan of action for your everyday routine. Have a daily goal. Set specific restrictions on yourself and create a goal of it. For example, don't eat any junk food snacks for 30 days. Complete 3 cardio sessions per week or even better, be active everyday for 30 days. Do something hard every single day. Find little ways to challenge yourself, could be anything, don't relax at night until your house is clean and dishes done. Rinse off with cold water in the shower everyday. Drink 1 litre of water before you do anything else when you wake up. Challenge yourself with something physical before you eat breakfast.
The more you write chit down the better off you'll be. Write down how your failures make you feel like chit. Write down how your wins make you feel amazing.
If you don't feel motivated that doesnt matter, embrace discipline and you wont need motivation.Last edited by viccruise420; 12-09-2022 at 07:05 AM.

Quit porn, video games, fast food, decrease masturbation, wake up same time every day, first hour after waking up no technology no screens, no youtube, reddit, bodybuilding forum and other distractions the first 4 hours of the day, track your calories in an app, fast the first 4 hours of the day, no liquid calories, Sauna 3-4 times a week after exercise, clean your house every other day, keep track of your financials using google sheets and make a complete list of everything, every monday write a week review of how your week was what was good what was bad plan the week to come. Easy.

You back-to-cavementimes types online always blow my mind. BRB not watching TV or using toilet paper because those are comforts and would make a warrior like me weak.Embrace the Clown World to Excel in the Clown World - When in Rome do as Romans do
