I think it's because they affect the person's mind and thought patterns just as much if not more than they effect the body. getting to those sizes i think is more about using gh.

test only increases the size of the cell but gh creates new cells.

not sure about the rules here now but i've heard some pros take up to 20 iu per day on top of their stack
