How are these squat and deadlift metrics?

I managed to hit a 355-pound squat and 445-pound deadlift at 145 pounds natural. I squatted with only sleeves, and deadlifted raw. I did not use a belt. My lifetime goals were a raw 405 squat and 495 deadlift, but my back pain has become unbearable, probably because I didn't use a belt. I'm stopping here for now and I'm going to try to work this pain out, but I wanted to know how good these numbers were for raw, natural lifts. Hopefully I can reach my ultimate goals one day.

So you’re casually lifting these weights in your basement and have set these goals, with no idea of what’s a good squat or DL?

Of course I have a "good idea" of what a good squat and deadlift are. Strengthlevel ranks my squat as advanced and my deadlift as elite. I just wanted to know what people on this forum thought, because I wanted to hear the opinions of real, experienced lifters over an automatically generated ranking. My lifts seem mediocre at best to myself.

While these lifts at your body weight aren't impossible, it seems unlikely unless you're just here to humble brag and get kuddos. Please post vids. You can load to youtube and add spaces to the links since you don't have 50 posts yet. In addition to being impressed, we might be able to give you some insight into what is (or isn't) likely causing your back pain.

I was being cheeky about your clear humble brag thread. I'm not as skeptical as others on this thread, as I think it's possible that your lifts could be legit even though they could also be partial ROM, non-existent trolling, etc.

That being said, I don't recommend sacrificing a healthy back to push PRs at all costs. You want to look at both your form & current/past programming as the culprit. Unbearable back pain IMO is a lose-lose whether your lifts are novice, advanced or elite.

Humble brag or not, if you can actually do that at your bodyweight, I think some patting yourself on the back is warranted. But come on man... Strength Level, a site which is often taken as an unofficial standard, has you advanced/elite and you find it mediocre at best? That sounds exactly like you're looking for people to compliment you, but if you really can do that, I don't see anything wrong with that.

How about gain 50 pounds and double those numbers though?

OP is probably trying to show off. That would be like me saying that I scored in the 99% percentile of some tests in high school and the military hounded me to join for the next 6 years. 40 years later I asked a military recruiter why they wanted me so bad. He said you would have been in intelligence, analysis or a spy.

Spy Paul would be a good timeline

My grandpa was in the army, he'd go behind enemy lines and protect the nerds who would set up explosives

He was 6'3" 245 lbs with blond haor and blue eyes in southeast asia, so he wasn't a very good spy

He would carry a pack full of money to pay anyone off who saw him

I'll admit that I wanted to feel good about it, because my actual goals for this training cycle were 365 pounds and 455 pounds, which I failed at. Then the back pain became so bad that I decided to stop training heavy entirely for at least a month. I made this post to feel better about my progress up to this point.

Nevertheless, I do feel like anything below 400 is beneath what a man at any weight, assuming that they aren't emaciated, should be able to accomplish eventually. Thanks for letting me know that what I accomplished is still impressive.

That sounds exactly like you're looking for people to compliment you, but if you really can do that, I don't see anything wrong with that.

How about gain 50 pounds and double those numbers though?
I guess part of it is that when you just fail a lift and know you could have done it if you were a bit more focused, it's hard to be satisfied with a ranking.

If I gained 50 pounds, it would either be muscle with the help of anabolics, or fat. I'm very short, and I may have filled out my frame as a natural, although maybe not. I prefer a six-pack over being extremely strong.

That being said, I don't recommend sacrificing a healthy back to push PRs at all costs. You want to look at both your form & current/past programming as the culprit. Unbearable back pain IMO is a lose-lose whether your lifts are novice, advanced or elite.
Yeah, I'm going to have to improve my form and start wearing a belt. I'm also going to follow all the advice that I was given in the other thread I made, although I'm still reluctant to do those hip abductions I was recommended in public.

Keep in mind you can still get hurt with a belt if you have form deficiencies & are beyond your capacity. Also, if you know your back is at risk at certain weights, don't lift it.

Nothing wrong with hip abductions, man up if you feel you need them. If it helps, girls next to you on the adduction machine will often strike up a friendly or humorous conversation when they see a 3x bw DLer like yourself on their machines.
