Politicians that set limits on abortion did quite well in the last election often winning in landslides. Florida's governor Ron DeSantis is one example of that.
There does appear to be though concerns over banning abortion and that reportedly did bring out more females to vote for Dems.. Maybe the GOP will work on the Fed. nationalizing abortion, with limits.

that is what some have written, that Biden's student debt forgiveness was a cynical vote winner for the Democrats in the last election. As many said what Biden did was not legal. That wasn't the point though. Giving money to often times the wealthiest Americans did work. Will be interesting to see if it works again in the future. That is of course if the Supreme Court turns down Biden's EO as many expect.
