Dude... he took in a number of customer deposits and spent that money on personal enrichment. This is all tracked. Even the hack (which was certainly related to him) was done so sloppily that it can be traced. They have only been investigating specifically FTX for a few weeks... that's months shorter than DJT.

Whether he does jail or not depends on whether or not they are done with him.
