Hi
I've been doing weight lifting for a while now following the mark rippertoe starting strength routine. However, lately I started to miss takewaways and certain snacks so i started eating the an now a layer of fat is covering my muscles how can i get rid of this without losing too much muscle gains?

You should see the squirrel activity around my house. Probably have a dozen of them and they have gained about 30% in body size in order to get ready for winter. The fox was bald this summer. Now it's growing a coat.Originally Posted by DougyF7
