I didn't watch this particular video, but in the past when this issue has come up it's because people are trying to differentiate peedos or MAPs or whatever from actual child predators. In other words, being attracted to minors is a psychological defect but it's not a crime until you act on it and attack/molest a child, so if you can get the people to self-identify as a peedo before they act out on their urges and get them treatment so that they learn how to control it and NOT harm any children, you are actually protecting children. Differentiating between peedos (i.e. people who are attracted to children whether they've acted on that attraction or not) and child molesters (i.e. people who have actually sexually assaulted children) is a level of subtlety that the average MiscFront cretin is incapable of understanding, so while I understand the argument, I also understand it's never going to get any traction, either, which is fine. Rest assured, there is no one anywhere who is advocating for molesting children.
