I am not concerned about being cut.
If I gained the bulk and did not pick up a weight again would I keep it?

No, you'd have to regularly train in order to maintain whatever you've gained. It wouldn't take as much effort as getting there in the first place, but 60 pounds of a relatively high quality bulk would take you several years most likely, so you can't be entertaining a minimalist mindset from square one or you won't get there at all.
What I would ask yourself is this: if you're planning to be successful with this, then why are you aiming for a minimum?Bench: 325
Squat: 405
Deadlift: 505

It's all show. Get off of tiktok if you want realistic expectations (and for your mental health overall).
Even if they're not on gear, it's curated and hyper-tailored to look better than it is, or is primarily showcasing people who are the best. My advice would be just to eat plenty and well and train hard in a holistic way while learning to relish the process more than its eventual outcome.Bench: 325
Squat: 405
Deadlift: 505

Not unless you have months to do nothing but focus on this and the resources to hire a personal chef, dietitian, and multiple trainers. Plus, if you don't think actors are on gear, I have some bad news for you. Even then, they aren't putting on 60 lb of muscle for a role. Maybe 10-20 and their body is accustomed to frequent swings.
For the average or even above average person, gaining 60 lbs of muscle would take several years of dedication and may not even be possible without also gaining a great deal of fat, depending on your genetics. I'd start with a realistic goal like 10 lb.
