First there was that whole "Jewboy" speech against CM Punk back in February, then in October he starts calling out Kanye West on Twitter over Jewish stuff, and uses it to promote the fight he wins?
https://www.wrestlinginc.com/1110926...metic-beliefs/ says he was on "Pardon My Take" complaining about this, trying to challenge Kanye to a fight, etc. leading up to Full Gear.
Is it possible Moxley was slated to win but AED wanted to show how pro-Semitic they are?

would MJF be AEW champ in 2022 without whining about being Jewish?

No, they were setting him up to win at the last ppv but Punk went off on Omega and the Hardly Boys and they got into the brawl.
It seems pretty clear they’re setting him up for a long reign in which he’ll tease leaving with the belt for WWE in the bidding war of 24 before a hopefully young up and coming face beats him for it.Of all tyrannies a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. -C.S. I'm so not interested in seeing this new MJF kid be a wannabe CM Punk and I'm even less interested in AEW biting off of CM Punk's leaving with the belt storyline. It shows a serious lack of ideas, creativity and originality and makes me less interested in getting to know MJF as a wrestler. The pipebomb promo, the walkout, everything Punk did that made him popular in WWE is because he was his authentic self.
