    Lateral Pelvic Tilt

Hey guys. I just started training awhile ago but have ran into a major issue. My entire body is twisted with one hip higher than the other. This probably stems from my years of swimming and unilateral breathing during freestyle throughout my youth. Is this an issue that NEEDS to be fixed or can I continue training and see if it resolves itself? It puts my body into an almost pseudo-scoliosis state where I have differing ROMS on each side of my body and prevents me from doing movements "evenly." I have slight knee and shoulder discomfort from it, but I wouldn't go as far to say pain. Due to financial issues getting a PT is challenging, and all the research I've done on the internet to try and fix it myself hasn't given me any results. Input would be much appreciated. Thanks!
