Hey, I'm a young teen and I have been lifting for a while, and about a week ago started taking bodybuilding seriously (tracking macros, tracking workouts, progressively overloading, etc.) and I really want to be a natural competitor some day. Over the last few days, when tracking my calories (I use MyFitnessPal), I realized I am consuming a little too much fat and not enough carbs. Any advice to fix this?
