My Ex ( not " China girl " but one before that ) is trying to sell her house and move across the country
I just noticed her realtor slashed the price from 590k to 575k...she bought that house ( it's a town house ) I think she bought in 2017 or 2018 for 350k before all this covid nonsense inflation
I have been trying to talk her out of it and told her real estate is not hot rn ...but she hasn't been very open with communication about it. I told her she will be shocked what her house wil be worth in 3 years..hold it.
Do I have a case now that the price dropped ? Or is she just desperate to get rid of it and go
What should I tell her
