What electronics/tech have you had for the longest? That actually gets fair usage.
My Beyer dynamic dt990 pros. I have been using this headset for music and gaming for nearly 9 years now. I can't even fathom how many hours of use I've put on these cans. It's wild because they are still super comfy, work just fine, have pretty minimal wear. I have zero reason to buy a new set other then I just want to. I originally bought these for my gf in 2013, but she wanted Bluetooth so I just kept them for myself.
So for black Friday I decided to keep it in the Beyer family and upgrade to the dt 1990 pros. The comfort of Beyer dynamic headphones is unmatched imo. Like wearing pillows. And ofc the sound is great.
All my retro gamers in this section... Do any of you use the same system you had as a kid? I regret not keeping every system I had as a kid as I'm sure many of us do. If only I knew then what I know now.

Yeah same thing here, the battery is just a little worse though. Main reason I'm finally upgrading is next year I feel will finally be an upgrade that feels significant enough with the S23 Ultra. I sell phones and will be ordering a bunch anyway so I'll just take one for myself.

Longest ever for me was a Monsoon brand 2 speakers+subwoofer setup, was a hand me down from my dad in HS (2005). Finally had to replace them in 2019 as one of the wires to the volume controller went bad and it was just all connected so no way to replace just the wire.
Longest current is probably my PS4, got it on launch so 9 years. Only modification I've done is upgrading the HD to 1 TB.

I was still using a Sandisk Sansa Clip MP3 player up until 2018. 10 years of service and the battery life still beat every Ipod or Iphone by days

Lawl I had one of these for work for a few years when I was a cart pusher at Costco. I loved it because I could keep it in my pocket facing outward and just tap my thigh over my pants to pause the music when a supervisor came outside. Ran the headphone cable over my back. Worked like A fookin charm.

Probably a 20ish year old DVD player. Kids watch movies on it now. We don't have a smart tv and don't care to.
I was using my Sansa mp3 player probably up until 2016-17. I ripped most of my CDs on it 12+ years ago. Now whenever l listen to music at home it's usually on headphones on YouTube.#sunyourballs

- Samsung Galaxy S5 phone. I bought it in 2016 but the phone was released in 2014. Not planning to upgrade unless I have to because I won't use any of the features on a newer phone.
- TV and computer monitor both from 2015. No desire to upgrade those anytime soon either. I'm satisfied with them. The TV is not a smart TV but my blu-ray player will run apps so I'm good to go.

Probably some old game consoles and my old ipod classic that can barely hold it's charge. I've also got some old electronic clocks and other random chit that's probably been around forever. Oldest computer I still use is probably my old late-2013 MacBook Pro, likely the last Apple computer I will ever own. That and I still got some old monitors, but only one of them is being used with anything, an old Shuttle PC that I play emulated arcade games on (sort of a custom arcade cabinet without the cabinet).

My Roku 4K
My Nintendo switch
And wired earbuds, I can afford and I want the wireless Bose ear buds but I’m deathly afraid of losing one of them even with a carry case.
I don’t own or use a personal computer or laptop currently . But I change smart tablets and whatnot as much as I change my underwear.
Dem earbuds doe
Ah and audio engines with the subwoofer I stream music on. I need music out loud . Don’t really like to listen to music with headphones cause afraid I’ll miss the doorbell or some chitBLM (Brock Lesnar Matters)
