I use my iPhone all day and using my fingers and thumbs on the touchpad and touching all day long is causing pain to them
And holding it as well causes pain in hand and wrist
Any solution to this?
Would some sort of gloves help?

I had chronic pain for 20 years and I defeated it when I finally understood what it was. I'd answer you directly if I wouldn't be ignored or mocked. I'd genuinely love to do nothing than take you away from pain. But I can't. Because every single time I try to respond to a post or people like this, I get ignored or mocked.
Except my 1 friend who finally listened and his physical pain all went away. Get the book Healing Back Pain by Dr. John Sarno. Message me if you want it to actually go away and need some answers that make sense and work. If you want to continue to suffer, just make sure you stress out about a lot of things and get lots of surgery and physical therapy and pay thousands of dollars for the luxury. Do yoga and get thousands of massages. All of that feels good but none of it is the solution. Repressed emotions cause chronic physical pain.Massive COVID19 overhyped scam

I'm an OT with some hand therapy experience
1. Off the shelf spica splint to restrict wrist flexion and limit cmc and mc thumb joints - wear during waking hours for a few weeks until the inflammation goes down a little
2. Heat therapy (heat pack, warm water bath) and some basic active range of motion in the evenings or whenever you have a few minutes
3. Go the extra mile and get a TENS unit from Amazon and use it for forearm flexors and extensors (there are some specific protocols for this, make sure to look them up first)

can you describe the pain for me? numbness, needle like, sharp, dull? Radiating or localized?
id hazard a guess it's carpal tunnel, and as listed above, general movement and range of motion exercises will be your best friend.Keep mod discussions out of your sig line

Wear one of these during the day
https://www.amazon.com/Sammons-Prest...s%2C323&sr=8-2
They stop you moving your wrist and thumb, do it for a few weeks to let your arm rest.
Power dot looks to be TENS, it's more about getting some massage and relaxation into the forearm muscles, this can have a big impact on hand pain.
