So i'm a 17 year old male, and i was overweight, nearly obese. I decided that over the summer from june to september i was going to get fit. I managed to lose 25 pounds and cut from 25% bodyfat to 14.5% bodyfat doing mostly cardio, and watching my caloric intake. I want to have a six pack, what bodyfat will I start to have a six pack at?
i'm 5'5 141 lb
or 1.65 meters 64.5 kg.
