God of War is the fastest selling Sony game in Playstation history

Let's be real, if you are a ps5 owner, **** it, a console owner, you're frothing at the mouth for something to play unless you are a regular multiplayer gamer. If you rely on single player experiences then buying this game is a no brainer. Big sp releases are few and far between on ps5, and non existent on Xbox.

Aside from that I'm sure it's a decent game, I'll play it on pc eventually. But I really have no rush since I'm a multiplayer gamer mostly. There's tons of people exactly like me, imagine how much bigger those numbers would be with a steam/PS5 release at the same time. At least double or triple srs.

I expect gow5 will sweep a ton of game of the year award categories too.


Ill reserve my judgment on the actual game for when I play it. So far gow is really the only Sony exclusive franchise I've enjoyed that's come to pc.

And correct, if I have a backlog of games why would I play one with features like VRR now when I don't have a TV that supports it if there are still games without VRR that I want to play? How far are you? There some sections where you play as Atreus which are ****ing horrible. I play God of War for Kratos, not some emo Gen Z.

I just finished part freeing souls from cauldron from Giant lady as Atreus and the entire section prior to this wa a ****ing chore.
