Hey, I'm looking for recipes, snacks, ect to help my sister who is currently going through chemo. It seems smaller, nutrient dense meals are what she needs, since her appetite is gone. She is allergic to shellfish, but post anything, for others that may be searching also.

Im just some guy on the internet so do your own research but ...
If it were me, knowing what ive read at least, I wouldn't eat anything for 30-60 days except for every few days maybe a portion of meat with salt, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. Now that may not be possible depending on the person and how much bodyfat/lean muscle they have. And I would be monitored by a doc for electrolyte levels.
Reason being is cancer cells can only feed from glucose. Which means any sugar, starches, etc. You want to try and starve the cancer cells. Which along with the chemo hopefully would give the best chance.

There are medicines that help with nausea and that stimulate appetite, but it is a given that her oncologist will be fully aware of this. I do not think there will be much that you can do for her unfortunately. She can certainly try various things to see if she can tolerate them, and using shakes of some sort that she can sip on intermittently may work as well as anything.
