You’re not 5’10.
But otherwise gjdm.
I’m thinking of doing my own remote wfh situation in Colombia for 3 months and then Mexico for 3 months. What part of Mexico?
Any advice?King of the Misc as Chosen by the 5 Kings

Yeah, I'm really working on getting lean/ripped myself now - and a big part of that is having to accept that I'm going to have to drop down to a "twink" weight, but 145 (I'm 5'9) fuark...I hope not. I really hope I wouldn't have to drop below 170 at most, but...idk. I admit that I may possibly be delusional with that. Of course weighing less is better for overall health too, so there's that.
Hopefully I can be disciplined/consistent enough diet wise (including not boozing - which is the hardest part for me) to make it happen this time.

Might just be the lighting but your abs look under developed even though you are lean. If you committed to even a short bulk of around 4 months, trained them hard 3x a week progressively and cut back down to the same body fat you would look even leaner from having harder and defined abs
Obviously you already look good but that would add to it even more

Insane progress, GJDM. I never really LDAR and always kept lifting/eating healthy and all that chit, so I got that covered. Not the type to ever let myself go, thankfully.
So my question is: I read you're living in Mexico, what part of it? How would a white guy (inb4 location, italians are white *******s) do there, and I'm not just asking about sloots, is it safe?
I also work remotely and can work wherever I want, never been to CA or SA before though. Reading mixing stories online6'3 190 lbs

Nice transformation. It's incredible how much excess weight we carry, isn't it? I went from 215-167 at some point. I'm sitting more around the 175-180 territory now but I was really surprised to enter a weight class I never thought I'd be in. Buddy of mine won silver in a physique contest a few years back and he stepped on stage at fkn 135 or something, dry and sliced. He sits at around 180 much like myself in his off season.

I agree, I think so many men face their downfall because they think they can start slacking with age and then they complain about women
I wonder what I will be like in 7 years, I feel like I will be more lean/jacked but considerably smaller. I have learned how to lift better than 99.99% of the population and can get a LOT achieved in the gym with minimal time/effort now and know how to optimize my health/hormones obviously, so I think my 40s will be a really good time for me when I back off mass gaining.**worthless college major crew**

I've traveled all over - Cabo, Monterrey, Puerto Vallarta, Puerto Escondido, Tulum, Guadalajara, Mazatalan, Oaxaca and Mexico City. Never ever felt unsafe. At 5'10 I'm several inches taller than everyone else, especially in the southern portion of the country.
Whites get stared at A LOT in some cities, and it gets a little exhausting, but apart from that nothing major.
Mexico can be dangerous for Mexican citizens. For tourists/expats is prolly safer than Chicago or Atlanta.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
