I voted for John Cena.
This for his post 2005 run alone. I can't say Orton was any better or more over then Cena in 2000's. Taker had a brilliant run in 2000's, but Cena was way more consistent.

The answer to all of your little tournament style best wrestler selections is Brock Lesnar. Once you realize the greatest the WWE will ever have is Brock Lesnar, none of this is necessary.
And I am 1000000% serious. You could put a gun to my head and I will tell you the same thing. But hey, let's hear who we think is 2nd best.R 135

As much as it pays me to say, I have to say Cena.
I think Undertakers issue during this time was that he was on Smackdown and to me he didn't really fit in there or have the foils he needed.
He did have a lot of awesome matches however but there were just too many forgettable fueds and nonsense things like the Paul Bearer in a cement vat that just didn't land.
In addition I didn't like how Undertaker was jobbed out so badly to Brock Lesnar in the early 00s . They went with the angle that Undertaker was past his prime and didn't have it to quite keep up with Lesnar anymore. When you consider Taker would go on for almost another 20 years, and that Brock would be gone from the company just over a year later, that was terrible booking in hindsight.
Cena I was sick of after a year of him on top but he did perform and was involved in all the most memorable fueds of the late 00s so he shades taker sadly.

The best WWE wrestler of the 2010's tournament was won by HHH, and I feel HHH is the favorite one here as well. Yes, Lesnar was good in both the decades, but he was not the top 3 wrestler. But he has that aura, where certain kind of WWE fans think he is the absolute best because of his brawling+technique+atheleticism style of wrestling. Even then, he didn't wrestle in enough matches to be considered the best. In 2000's, he didn't even stay for 2 full years..in 2010's he was mostly doing a part-time run with not many good matches. He is ordinary on mic, not good at feud building (most of his feuds are boring and follow the same pattern).
