As someone who used to work in a gym where people would leave multiple 45's and 100lb plates on the machines for others to pick up, I can relate.

Certain people get a bit overconfident on the leg presses. Some of the gnarliest lifting gifs online are the ones where people lock out their legs on the lift only for one of their knees to blow out or they break their leg. Brutal stuff- what has been seen cannot be unseen.

I remember seeing that woman crush her legs on leg press back in the day, tramautised me and I’ve been avoiding it for years
