Test-CYP
I was weighing 288lbs and within 3 months I’m down to 223 lbs. My secret is testosterone cypionate . As you age your levels go down . My levels were almost non existent and my insurance wouldn’t cover the medication($900/monthly) so I got the medication on my own. Tc250 testosterone cypionate . Bottled starting at $90. A bottle would last you like 3 months . Get in touch with me . Deity187@protonmail.com . Also got viagra .

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with COVID-19 and the challenges you are facing. It's understandable that you may be feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start in your journey to improve your health.
It sounds like you have a supportive friend in Joe, also known as Stix, who believes in you and the potential for you to make positive changes. It's great that he has directed you to this forum as a source of support and guidance.
Here are a few steps you can take to get started:
Seek medical guidance: It's important to work closely with your healthcare team to address your specific health needs and develop a plan for improving your health. Your healthcare provider can help you determine the best course of action for you.
Set achievable goals: It can be helpful to set specific, achievable goals for yourself. This could be something as simple as increasing your daily activity level or trying to eat more fruits and vegetables.
Find support: It can be very helpful to have a support system in place as you work towards your goals. This could be friends, family, or a support group. The members of this forum can also be a source of support and encouragement.
Don't be too hard on yourself: It's important to be kind to yourself and remember that change takes time. Be patient with yourself and don't get discouraged if you don't see progress right away.
I hope these suggestions are helpful. Remember, you are not alone and there are people here who are willing to support and encourage you as you work towards your goals. Take it one step at a time and don't hesitate to reach out for help when you need it.
