Yeah for sure. There's levels to it as well. For example most people can easily understand that dirty dishes piling up for days and food scraps left laying around is disgusting and instantly outs you as being a low class person. What I've noticed is higher class people keep their ish pristine, whether it's their home, their car, their boat or themselves with their grooming and how they dress etc... so while dirty laundry piled up and disorganized closets etc..may not be AS filthy as food scraps it will still out you as being lower class to people who's personal conduct is just at a higher level.

Those are nice things to say but reality is that 90% of men will be married with kids and just barely make it to 40 without a bankruptcy and divorce.
Basically if you can achieve just those two things, you will be ahead of the curve.
Life isnt the same as an instagram list.
After 40 and once the kids are bigger and the wife has left you, life gets much better and you can actually focus on these things to improve yourself and your lot in life.
Basically spending time alone will help you pretty much attain the majority of that list. if you choose not to ever marry of have kids you can get there faster of course but you will have had much less life experience."To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda
