Pseudogynaecomastia

Hi,

I had a breast scan which states that I have all Pseudogynaecomastia in my right breast and mostly all Pseudogynaecomastia in my left breast apart from a very very tiny 17mm gland.

Any advice on the best ways to deal with this?

For starters, stop referring to your chest as breasts.

Even though I have a tiny 17mm gland of true Gyno on the left side?

Well they look like female breasts, but no you're right, I don't want to call them that.

But they aren't going down with all the weight loss, so what can I do?

Fat, get lean and watch water retention as the nipple with gland can puff up when holding water.
