After being a Bodybuilding.com member for over 6 years; today you almost lost my business. Why? 1 hour to place an order. Your website has gone to ****....it's so slow and constantly loses items in the Shopping Cart. Please fix or I'll start buying at local shops...and even be happy to pay increased prices.

Weird...I've never had a problem.
May I ask what browser you are using? Some sites are built with a certain browser preferences in mind and work better on said browser.
Example...most sites are configured to work better on Chrome than, say, Firefox. I know BassProShops and Cabelas work better on Chrome than Firefox

Do the people who run (or more likely the person who runs) the website read the forums?
And are local shops or other online retailers really more expensive then bb.com?
