I'm trying to build as MUCH Muscle as POSSIBLE in 30 Days
Hey everyone! I'm both an athlete that does calisthenics and a YouTuber. I want to do a unique experiment where I see how much muscle I can build in 30 days (1 month). Since I do YouTube full time (it's a weird job/life), I literally have all my time dedicated to this challenge/experiment. If I should workout 4 hours a day, I'm down.
I wanted to see what's the best way to go for this experiment. What are the best supplements to take, in addition to nutrition and and workout recommendations. I really like pushing myself and challenging myself, and I plan to do this in January and called it Jacked January (ridiculous title, I know). Any suggestions are super appreciated, thanks!
