Bodybuilding and schizophrenia

Hey there! Bodybuilding is my passion, but I have schizophrenia. I refuse to take medication because antipsychotic medication stimulates the body into producing fat so I have to manage the symptoms myself. It's a wild ride, but what is life if it's no fun? The schizophrenia makes my personality funny, sometimes I will act like a child and sometimes a rock star and on rare occasions a normal person. Having a dream body is the most important thing to me in life.

In my opinion, a low-carbohydrate diet must work for you. I know adopting a low-carbohydrate diet can be tricky, especially when we are living in a high-carbohydrate world of food.
