You deleted all the good stuff.
Are you ever in an intimate situation with someone other than yourself? And if so, are you able to achieve & maintain an erection?
I wouldn't necessarily consider TRT simply based on readings, if you haven't noticed anything funny with your bodily functions or training. Not everyone functions the same given the same T levels, and you're within the standard range on all regardless.

Training seems consistently level. 50lb dumbbell bench for 10-12 reps.
130lb rows for 10 reps.
I'd be happy if I was sexually intimate. But no, I watched a lot of porn as a teen and younger adult, so now I have major PE. Though, as far as ED goes, holding hands with a girl results in a wet erection. And if I wouldn't get hard, as the case of several years ago, a little physical stimulation gets me there (anxiety likely)
On my school and work days I get to sleep at 11pm and wake up at 6-7am. By 6pm I'm having an incredibly hard time staying awake. Very tired. Depressed for a long time but I've kinda managed that so it isn't a huge issue. Talking to me in person I would certainly not be suspected as being depressed. Anxious. Well hid.
I try to do chest back legs with a rest day in-between. And I'll jog once or twice a week when my schedule allows.
The super fatigue might be from low T or from sleep quality. Weekends I'm not as drained, during the week I have school and work and end of week I have my toddler, but can get to bed an hour or two earlier. Light sleeper here
I do worry because apparently Trt is for life. And cna affect sperm quality.
Not too many randoms without external stimulation, or mental thoughts
Thank you for your input.Last edited by Rsurf72; 11-02-2022 at 11:09 AM.

You have to judge for yourself how severe it all is, but you sound like a lot of folks these days. Depression can be caused by many things though, so keep an eye on it & see a mental health professional if you need help, and definitely if it starts to interfere with life.
Under your circumstances, I'm not sure a legit doc would consider you for TRT anyway.
